I have recently been a little StumbleUpon-obsessed (feel free to ad me as a friend!). I have found some really great stuff. But without question, one of my most valuable finds was the Positivity Blog written by Henrik Edberg.
His stated purpose for blogging is helping you:
- Creating new and better habits.
- Increasing self-discipline.
- Using mindtechnology such as guided meditation to your benefit.
- Expanding you consciousness and realising your possibilities.
- Reducing procrastination, becoming more productive and feeling less stressed through better time management.
- Setting goals that you can go through with.
- Understanding what is stopping you today from doing what you want, and removing those obstacles.
- Improving your people skills, communication and relationships.
Henrik’s writing style, in-depth posts and no-nonsense view of life and positivity are truly amazing to me. To be completely honest, the first time I read a post of his I went to check out his about page expecting to find some aged guru living in the mountains of Tibet or something. Imagine my surprise to find that my newest blogging idol is actually a Swedish student who is a year younger than me!
Instead of attempting to describe to you the brilliance of this man and blog, I thought I would simply wrap this up by giving you a few of my favorite Positivity posts so far:
- 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People
- How to Handle Criticism and Get Something Out of It
- Five Things You Might Not (Want To) Know About Self-Improvement
PS I am not in anyway related to or associated with Henrik or the Positivity Blog, nor is this a paid review of any sort!! I just absolutely love this blog!

Hi Dana!
Thank you for your very kind post, I´m glad you liked my blog.
Have a great day,
Henrik Edberg
That’s a great site - I’m just looking through it now for the first time - thanks for sharing as always, Dana. Discover something new everyday.
I also think that Stumbleupon is the best thing to come along in years. I have been writing a series of “Stumbleupon Hints” and posting them and people really seem to like them.
I friended you on stumble.
I think guided meditation is an awesome way to improve yourself. There are tons of ways you get benefits from a few minutes a day of meditating.
I started to list some on my website if you were curious.
Hey Dana! I’m totally with you on this. I’m a big fan of the Positivity Blog by Henrik Edberg too!
